Red Dog Poker
This three card game is becoming less common in real world casinos, but it’s still popular online. Here’s how to play Red Dog Poker…

Red Dog is game of chance played with cards. You might be familar with it under its other alias, as acey-deucey or inbetween. Red Dog used to be very popular in land-based casinos, but it popularity has declined of late – however you might can still find it offered at most online casinos.
Red Dog is played using a standard 52 card deck. One unusual thing about Red Dog is that the house’s edge actually decreases with the number if decks used. The house’s advantages begins is 3.155% with one deck., but falls to 2.751% when eight decks are used.
Three cards are used in Red Dog at a time, which are ranked as in poker, with aces high. After you’ve placed a bet, two cards are placed face up on the table.
If the cards are consecutive in number, the hand is a push. If the two cards difference is greater than one place, then a spread is announced which determines the payoff, pending the outcome of a third card which will be dealt.
If this third card’s value falls between the first two, the player will recieve a payoff according to the spread, otherwise the bet is lost. Before dealing the third card, the player has the option to double his bet to potentially win even more.

HOW TO PLAY…
1. First, click on the chips to place a bet. If you accidentally place too many, you can remove chips from the bet by right clicking on the chips.
2. Click on the Deal button. Two cards drawn. If the cards are consecutive, it is a push (you wager is returned to you and the round is over). If the cards are equal, a third card is drawn. If it matches the first two cards, you win 11 to 1; otherwise it is a push.
3. If the two cards are neither consecutive nor equal, the spread is established. The spread is the number of card values between the two cards. for example 2 and 4 have a spread of 1;6 and a Queen have a spread of 5.
4. Now you have the option to raise (double) your bet or to call (continue without raising). Press Raise or Call respectively.
5. A third card is drawn. If it is between the two cards, you win according to the payout table (seen on the card table). If it matches one of the two cards or is outside the spread, you lose.
6. Click New Game if you wish to play again. Place a bet as described above, or click Rebet to place the same bet again.
